Yes. AIinKIT requires a verified account to complete checkout. With an account, you can track order history, save addresses and payment information, receive new product and exclusive release updates, earn member points for discounts, and create wishlists to share with friends.

KITA is warm and protective, MoMoo is lively and curious, SweetHeart is sweet and healing, and SHAMA is calm and deep. To ensure fast shipping, orders are sent to the logistics center immediately after submission. We cannot modify items, quantities, payment methods, shipping addresses, or cancel orders after submission. Please check all information carefully before placing an order. We ship to major countries and regions worldwide. Due to regional authorization restrictions, some products may be temporarily unavailable in certain areas. The system checks availability for your region at checkout. International orders usually arrive within 5–20 business days. Duties and import taxes are not included in product prices and may be collected upon delivery.

Orders ship within 48 business hours after confirmation, and you will receive an email with tracking after dispatch. Standard shipping takes 15–30 business days, express shipping takes 5–15 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping, excluding some oversized items.

Log into your account and open “Order History” to view order status and tracking number. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link after shipping. If an in-stock order has not arrived after 25 days, contact baowenhui@aiinsino.com.

First confirm the shipping address is correct. Check hidden areas such as porch, garage, side door, or backyard. Ask family members whether they received it. Contact the carrier to confirm whether it was misdelivered or still in transit. Apartment residents should check with the mailroom or leasing office. If using a centralized pickup point, check whether your mailbox contains a parcel locker key. If you still cannot find it, contact baowenhui@aiinsino.com.

The plush body has a 6-month craftsmanship warranty for stitching, fabric, and filling. The AI electronic module has a 12-month functional warranty. Non-human-caused damage within warranty is repaired or replaced for free. See the after-sales policy page for details.

The AI module is removable. Take it out before cleaning. The plush exterior can be gently spot hand-washed and air-dried. Never immerse the AI module in water or put it in a washing machine. A detailed cleaning guide is included with the product.

Domestic orders can request return or exchange within 7 days after delivery, with product intact and accessories complete. International orders are final sale due to cross-border logistics costs and cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. See the return policy or contact customer service for details.

Core AI interaction features such as conversation, emotion recognition, and memory retrieval require internet. Offline, the plush retains basic touch feedback, cached local voice packs, and light expressions, still remaining a warm companion.

Voice, memory, diary, and personal-space features are built on clear consent, manageability, and opt-out boundaries. Your data is stored on encrypted servers and used only to provide personalized AIinKIT interactions. It is not used for public model training or sold to third parties. When transferring or gifting a device, you can clear data through your account.

Battery life is about 2–3 days with normal interaction and 5–7 days on standby. The AI module charges through the included magnetic charging dock and takes about 2 hours to fully charge. The plush can continue interacting while charging.

Yes. The Soul Care community is live, carrying user stories, official announcements, events, and kindred letters, so companionship goes beyond the product itself. New characters and series are in development. Stay tuned.
